Looks like RHP might be being canceled - a review of stuff needed for the qualification today revealed that I'm in the wrong position. Or at least might be. I don't know yet, and I'm not sure how I feel - I like the team, they're wonderful people and what they do is important, but yea, administration =/= customer service.
